This Lab programme is an initiative of the SPIELART Munich Theatre Festival to support artists in the theatre and performance field. Its goal is to open a new realm of experience and development for artists in a special ‘connect connect’ setting. The artists will also have access to the knowledge of their mentors, internationally renown performance-makers. Each mentor will select two artists to collaborate on one project respectively. Each mentor will be a close personal advisor during their work process, supervising the first conversations, coaching during conception, and providing advice during rehearsals.
