After an extended research phase, the artists of this extraordinary collaboration, curated by Michael Stolhofer and Ong Keng Sen, take residence in the World Museum for two weeks. From the least likely corners of the enormous stock they have selected completely unknown and extremely famous objects which make for a truly living exhibition in interaction with the artists. Occupy the Museum — a performative exhibition, featuring 14 artists and the most famous featherwork crown in the world: Moctezuma’s Penacho.
Presented as part of ImPulsTanz: Vienna International Dance Festival 1993.
